Docents are one of the most important volunteers at Dudley Farm because they are the public face of the farm. Docents are trained in the history of the family, the farm, the park, and early pioneer living. They lead school programs and interpret the farm house. Some docents are trained in all interpretive areas, while others prefer to specialize in one area.

Period dress is required.

Docents meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month for training. Training topics include interpretation, farm stations, history, and more.

Let us know if you are interested in becoming a docent.
