The
Antique Tractors Club will plow a field using antique tractors and
plows. Many antique tractors and some antique cars will be on display, March 10, 2012, 9 am to 2 pm.
- Stargazing>>
Join
Dudley and the Alachua Astronomy Club for this luminous event. View
constellations, nebulas and star clusters through high-powered
telescopes. Enjoy a campfire, and light refreshments are provided.
$5/per adult, March 24, 2012.

Farm Articles and Crafts for Sale
Wed., Thu., Fri., Sat. & Sun. from 10am-4pm in the Commissary
Pause and Ponder Trail
Take a quiet, meditative walk through the diverse habitat of the Dudley
farm woodlands on the .3 mile loop trail near the Visitors Center
Picnic Area.
Docent and Volunteer Educational Programs
Diverse topics such as Cracker Florida, Genealogy, Florida Landscape
Plants, Florida Pioneer Days, and Growing Vegetables. Programs are
open to the public.

Collections Exhibit
Get a glimpse into how the Dudley family lived at the turn of the
century. Two current exhibits located in the Visitor Center, "Dudley
Children's Playtime" and "Cooking at the Turn of the Century" showcase
objects from the Dudley family farmhouse.
TOURS
Pick
up a brochure and enjoy a self-guided walking tour of the authentic
working farm. The homestead consists of 18 buildings, including the
family farmhouse with original furnishings, a 1880's kitchen
outbuilding, a general store, post office, and a functional cane syrup
complex. See costumed interpreters working the farm in the lifestyle of
the 1880's to 1940's as they perform daily chores, work the crops, and
tend to livestock.
Guided-tours: School
groups and organizations must make reservations for tours one month in
advance. Groups are limited to 40 people. Please call the park office
at 352-472-1142 for group tour guidelines and information.
